Loan Quotas
To All Loan Officers
In order to continue to provide efficient and prompt service to our producing loan officers SAMC has decided to streamline the training of new loan officers and reduce the number of nonperforming loan officers. To do this we are implementing quotas. Effective August 1st, 2003 SAMC's policy on number of loans closed by its Loan Officers is as follows:
New Loan Officers (six months or less experience) are required to close a minimum of one loan a month to remain Active Originator Status.
Experienced Loan Officers (six months or more experience) are required a minimum of three loans a month to remain Active Originator Status.
Should you not meet this quota you will be made Inactive. Inactive means your passwords to originate on our network origination system and passwords to pull credit in-file reports will be suspended.
Reinstatement is on a case by case basis and determined by management
SAMC will help you in any way possible in order for you to meet quotas, i.e. training, support with marketing materials, new programs to fit your clients needs. Suggestions are always welcome. We will try to accommodate whenever possible.
