As a reminder the following is the breakdown of fees charges for all employee loans.

Credit Report $51.50

Processing Fee $100.00

Underwriting Fee $125.00

Wire Transfer Fee $50.00

Flood Certification $8.00

Courier Fee $16.00

Administrative Fee $150.00

Total SAMC Fees $500.50

All loans must be locked in with a par plus rate that allows SAMC to withhold .25% from the premium after the .25 deduction. Reduced fees employee family members loan are only to a waived of the underwriting fee. The employee must be on title to the property as evidenced by the warranty deed.
