Commission Pay Schedule Update

Pleased be advised that we have been encountering numerous problems with the title companies submitting their closed packages to us on a timely manner.

As you know we our now on a two week pay cycle when paying commissions on closed loans. It is imperative that you instruct your title companies to submit the closed packages and the disbursement checks to us before the cut-off of payroll. If we do not receive the disbursement checks in a timely manner, your payroll will be delayed.

Closed loans that meeting the scheduled cut-off times must arrive with funds before the end of the payroll cut-off.

For Example we are paying this Friday the 7th loans that closed and funds were received between 01/13 thru 01/24

The next cut-off for commissions is February 7th payable on February 21st.
