Subject: Submitting New Loans With Projected Closing Dates
Effective immediately:
Every loan that is turned in for processing must reflect the project closing date. This is essential so that I can make accurate projections for closings, notify accounting and other operational areas that are affected by our closing volumes. Everyone's cooperation is expected. The Loan Processors have been asked to make sure that all loans entered into the borrowers' section in Calyx reflect a projected closing date.
